The firm's investment banking team is led by Eliot Stark, a dealmaker with 30 years experience as a commercial banker. Prior to joining Capital Insight, Eliot led the effort to recapitalize a distressed bank with funds raised from institutional investors; he subsequently served as CFO and vice chairman of the recapitalized institution, which has become a healthy $500mm publicly traded bank. Spanning a 20+ year career with Comerica Bank, Eliot served as an executive of finance, planning, real estate and corporate development.

Capital Insight's pricing is typically more competitive when compared with traditional investment banks that have market making and enormous research divisions with huge overhead to support.
